Privacy Policy

What we store

• The listing link or registration number you submit.
• Advert text and photos you paste or upload (if you use the fallback).
• The generated report: vehicle records, AI analysis and price estimate.
• Vehicle records are cached per registration for 24 hours to respect data-provider rate limits.

If you create an account (optional)

• Your email address, used only to sign you in (email link or Google).
• The car reports you saved, your private notes and your shortlist.
• Reports you own can be set to "Only me"; notes are never shared.
• Delete everything any time from Account, "Delete my account and data". This permanently removes your email, reports, notes and shortlist.

What we never store

No registered keeper or owner personal data. An account is optional; we never ask for payment details.

Sharing

Reports are reachable by anyone with the link unless the owner sets them to "Only me". Only reports run without an account appear in recent reports on the home page. Don't paste personal information into advert text.

Data sources

Reports use DVSA MOT history and the DVLA Vehicle Enquiry Service.

Contains public sector information licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
